GEST-COM together with its partners emphasizes its interest for the preliminary investigation of windfarm development. Based on the results we submit a proposal for the utilisation of the area by erecting wind turbines on it.
Project development and planing
Optimising the conditions of the windfarm development GEST-COM submits a proposal for the choice of the most effective wind turbine types. Together with our partners we plan the lay-out, the wind farms` internal cable connection system, as well as the grid connection to the substation indicated by the grid owner and arranges for the planing of the civil works required for the erection of the wind turbines and for the project logistics. The project development is based on the application of up to date planing methods and aims the maximalisation of the energy gained of the utilisation of the wind.
Project financement
In case of demand GEST-COM participates in the marketing and search for finding an appropriate foreign investor. We take over the evaluation of the investor`s offer. The elaboration of the financial structure, the negotiation of the conditions-, rights and obligations, the optimalisation of the financial conditions structure for the implementation of the project are part of our activities.
Windfarm development realisation
The activities of GEST-COM include the evaluation of the offers of the companies interested in participating in the construction of the wind farms incl. the drafting of the subcontractors` contracts, and the negotiations for the conclusion of them. We are ready to take over the tasks related to the supervision of the construction`s organisation incl. the putting into operation procedure.
